Develop a passion for sidewalk counseling at the abortion clinic

But I feel that the greatest destroyer of peace today is abortion, because it is a war against the child, a direct killing of an innocent child, murder by the mother herself.
MOTHER TERESA
They who have not signed up to strive for the crown are not required to undergo the labors of the contest. Those who haven’t gone down to the track don’t smear themselves with oil, nor get covered with dust. Trouble comes only to those on their way to glory. The perfumed spectators prefer to watch, not to join the struggle, nor endure the sun, the heat, the dust and the rain.”

God is the avenger of innocent blood

“Those who hold the reins of government should not forget that it is the duty of public authority by appropriate laws and sanctions to defend the lives of the innocent, and this all the more so since those whose lives are endangered and assailed cannot defend themselves. Among whom we must mention in the first place infants hidden in the mother's womb. And if the public magistrates not only do not defend them, but by their laws and ordinances betray them to death at the hands of doctors or of others, let them remember that God is the Judge and Avenger of innocent blood which cried from earth to Heaven.” CASTI CONNUBII, ENCYCLICAL OF POPE PIUS XI, 67

Catholic Priests can share in sin during the sacrament of Confession

“The priests of the Lord must therefore, so far as reason and prudence suggest, impose salutary and suitable satisfactions, in keeping with the nature of the crimes and the ability of the penitents; otherwise, if they should connive at sins and deal too leniently with penitents, imposing certain very light works for very grave offenses, they might become partakers in the sins of others.” Council of Trent, Session XIV, CHAPTER VIII

Light penances for grave sins do more harm than good—they condemn the penitent to even greater torment in purgatory and make the priest complicit in the sins. Moreover, does a woman understand the full gravity of her sin after receiving three Lord's Prayer prayers as satisfaction for an abortion? Will she refrain from repeating the sin next time?

Jimmy Akin says Fatima is over with and done.

Well known Catholic Anwers apologist says all of Fatima's predictions, timelines and visions have either already taken place or the timeline has expired and there is no more to expect from Fatima.
PS: don't blame me, I am an opponent of Jimy Akin ever since he lied on camera and in a book that abortion is NOT a religious issue.

Pope Leo after a full year still does not like unborn babies.

Religion that God our Father accepts as pure and faultless is this: to look after orphans and widows in their distress and to keep oneself from being polluted by the world. James 1:27
Leo has done nothing to protect the unborn orphans sentenced to demonic murder by their mother.

@chris griffin Of course, since our Lord told the Apostles to take the chalice of His Blood just after supper, then any sort of Eucharistic fast is also a similar disobedience of our Lord, isn't it?

Beatus Vir

You are like a dog with a bone with no meat on it! The University of Notre Dame - that den of heresy! Look fella, you are completely and utterly wrong about Communion in the hand - WRONG! You are actually promoting the desecration on the Holy Eucharist, the Body, Blood, Soul and Divinity of our Lord Jesus Christ. It is amazing that you are so hung up on the words "Take and eat" and not "This is my Body" and "This is the Chalice of my Blood". Maybe if you can get through your brain fog and meditate/reflect on those words and Who it is that says them you just might let go of the bone that you are growling on. By the way, Communion in the hand was not common and standard in the early centuries of the Church. Laudetur Iesus Christus!

Proof of Communion in the Hand from Jesus Himself

When he was at the table with them, he took bread, blessed and broke it, and gave it to them. Then their eyes were opened, and they recognized him; and he vanished from their sight. Luke 24:30-31
Then they told what had happened on the road, and how he had been made known to them in the breaking of the bread. Luke 24:35
This is exactly Communion in the Hand as Jesus practiced it. The two men eyes were opened by Communion in the Hand. It could hardly be clearer with two explicit references in such a short section.
I urge all Catholics to immediately start receiving in the Hand exclusively and immediately as Jesus described in the Gospel of Luke and continue lifelong. I urge you not to delay. In stead be like the two men at Emmaus.

Communion in the hand is disobeying Jesus

Jesus specified the form of Holy Communion as "Take and Eat", not "Open your mouth and stick your tongue". Communion on the tongue is simply another tick of satin to encourage Catholics to disobey Jesus in mass.

Aquinas very wrong in at least 3 important ways

1. Aquinas (and St. Agustine also) said that early gestation unborn babies are vegetable and animals before becoming human. Pro-abortion Catholic President Biden and Catholic Speaker Pelosi both quoted this in their defense of early legal abortion.
2.Aquinas said that “conscience” must always be followed. This is absolutely contrary to Catholic teaching, but some people still cite this as justification for abortion.
3. Aquinas foolishly said that lying is never permissible. Imagine the classic situation that you are hiding Jews in your attic during WW2 and the Nazis ask you if you are hiding Jews. According to Aquinas you must tell the Nazis “Yes they are in the attic” which results in the murder of the Jews. Aquinas is wrong...Biblically wrong.

Conscience does not determine right from wrong the intellect does and the conscience must be obeyed as its purpose is to encourage the good as determined by the will . Aquinas is correct. Re lying Aquinas is also correct ,in the case you put forth it is not lying, lying is against justice as Aquinas says and justice is to give another what is owed. In the case you mention the Nazies are not due the truth and therefore it is not against justice to withhold the information and is therefore not a lie. Be careful in critizing Aquinas if you are not on firm ground. Yes you may never lie but you have to understand what a lie is.

Planned Parenthood Report Shows Record Number of Babies Killed in Abortions

breitbart.com

Planned Parenthood Report Shows Record Number of Abortions

Planned Parenthood released a report over Easter weekend showing a record number of abortions between 2023-2024.
The abortion giant’s service data is a year behind, with the 2024-2025 report
showing the number of abortions the organization carried out between 2023 and 2024.
According to the report, titled “Care Continues,” Planned Parenthood aborted 434,450 unborn babies in that time period. The pro-life Charlotte Lozier Institute (CLI) released an analysis of the report, showing an 8 percent increase from the previous year and a 34 percent increase since 2014.
“Yet again, abortions performed by Planned Parenthood hit a record high, demonstrating that abortion remains a top priority for the organization,” CLI Senior Research Associate Tessa Cox said in a statement.
The report shows that prenatal services, miscarriage care, and adoption referrals accounted for only 1.7 percent (7,685), 0.6 percent (2,852), and 0.7 percent (3,038) of the organization’s other services.

Early Christian Communion in the Hand

As a scholar of the early Church, I was surprised to learn that the practice of communion in the hand is such a hotly debated topic; it came to my attention during the early days of the pandemic, when many dioceses required communicants to receive in this way. Whatever one thinks about the practice today and its reemergence after Vatican II, it is important that our conversation be grounded in an accurate picture of the history of this practice. Receiving communion in the hand was the common practice of the Church in both East and West for the first 800 years of Christianity, and it was certainly considered reverent by the Fathers.
In North Africa (including Egypt) the practice is mentioned by Tertullian,[1] Cyprian,[2] Augustine,[3] Cyril of Alexandria,[4] and John Climacus.[5] In Jerusalem, we have the mystagogical catecheses of Cyril of Jerusalem (or perhaps of his successor, John).[6] In Syria (what we now call Turkey and surrounding regions) it is witnessed by Basil the Great,[7] …
